KYOCERA AVX 800E NPO Ceramic High RF Power Multilayer Capacitors are designed to provide superior heat transfer in demanding high RF power applications (from VHF through microwave frequencies) requiring consistent and reliable operation. The combination of highly conductive metal electrode systems, optimized case geometries, and proprietary dielectrics yields a low ESR. The 800E NPO Ceramic High RF Power Multilayer Capacitors offer superior thermal performance, operation in a -55°C to +125°C range with capacitance options from 3.3pF to 5100pF.

Capacitor Solutions

A combination of highly conductive metal electrode systems, optimized case geometries, and proprietary dielectrics yields a low ESR. Spanning a capacitance range from 0.1pF to 5100pF, KYOCERA AVX NP0 High RF Power Multilayer Capacitors operate in a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and are available in either porcelain or ceramic materials.
