700E NPO Porcelain High RF Power Multilayer Caps

KYOCERA AVX 700E NPO Porcelain High RF Power Multilayer Capacitors are high Q multilayer capacitors that offer ultra-stable performance in high RF current and high voltage applications with NPO performance. High-density porcelain construction provides a rugged, hermetic package. The 700E NPO Porcelain High RF Power Multilayer Capacitors offer capacitance options from 1pF to 2200pF with a -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range. An encapsulated option is also available for applications requiring extended protection against arc-over and corona.

Capacitor Solutions

KYOCERA AVX provides a large portfolio of capacitor solutions designed around density, size, and reliability requirements. KYOCERA AVX NP0 High RF Power Multilayer Capacitors are designed for high RF power applications requiring consistent and reliable operation. A combination of highly conductive metal electrode systems, optimized case geometries, and proprietary dielectrics yields a low ESR. Spanning a capacitance range from 0.1pF to 5100pF, KYOCERA AVX NP0 High RF Power Multilayer Capacitors operate in a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and are available in either porcelain or ceramic materials.
