These RF/microwave capacitors from KYOCERA AVX offer a capacitance range of 0.1pF to 0.47µF and a voltage rating range of 100VDC to 500VDC. The capacitors comply with RoHS directives.

180R NPO Porcelain Ultra-Low ESR RF/Microwave Caps

KYOCERA AVX 180R NPO Porcelain Ultra-Low ESR RF/Microwave Capacitors offer high Q, high self-resonance, and ultra-stable performance characteristics in a 1.78mm x 2.29mm x 2.92mm case R size. The 180R components offer a 0.5pF to 100pF capacitance range, 500VDC working voltage, and -55°C to +175°C operating temperature range. KYOCERA AVX 180R NPO Porcelain Ultra-Low ESR RF/Microwave Capacitors are available in horizontal or vertical electrode orientations, making them ideal for a range of RF/microwave applications.
