Magnetic Solutions for Automotive Applications

AEC-Q200 & High Frequency Noise Suppression Sheets

KEMET AEC-Q200 and High Frequency Noise Suppression Sheets offer a maximum 0.3mm thickness, 1MHz to 3GHz frequency range, and AEC-Q200 qualification. These sheets are designed to suppress high frequency noise from electronic devices and are effective for electromagnetic wave and resonance suppression. The thin, flexible material ensures there is virtually no limitation to where these sheets can be used. KEMET AEC-Q200 and High Frequency Noise Suppression Sheets are ideal for digital still cameras, mobile phones, tablets, and car infotainment applications.

Noise Suppression Sheets

KEMET Noise Suppression Sheets FLEX SUPPRESSOR® are effectively designed for high-frequency noise generated from electronic devices. These sheets are available in a broad range of frequencies, from the MHz band to the GHz band, and there's virtually no limitation to where they can be used. KEMET Noise Suppression Sheets FLEX SUPPRESSOR can be easily trimmed into any shape for ease of installation.

FLEX SUPPRESSOR®

KEMET FLEX SUPPRESSOR® is a composite sheet made by blending and dispersing micron-sized magnetic material powders in a polymer base. These sheets are effective for electromagnetic wave and resonance suppression or to improve the magnetic flux convergence, and can be cut into a variety of shapes and sizes. The KEMET FLEX SUPPRESSOR sheet effectively suppresses high-frequency noise generated by electronic devices. The noise currents in signal lines are attenuated by affixing the sheet on boards and cables. The radiation noise from cables that act as antennas is suppressed.

Digital Processor Solutions

YAGEO Group (YAGEO, KEMET, Pulse) offers flex suppressor sheets and RF MLCCs that help build up digital processors. The digital processor is the heart of the architecture in a system and contains the CPU that makes all the decisions within the system. Additionally, it holds all the system's memory contained through the BiOS, Flash, and DDR4. The processor can feature multiple voltage inputs depending on the system, and this portion pulls in voltage and current from a DC-DC converter while making decisions for the I/O portion of the circuit. YAGEO Group provides a flex suppressor sheet that can be applied to noisy portions of the circuit, allowing for data integrity in the digital processor, and RF MLCCs that filter out various noises along communication lines, vital when dealing with various output communications.
