Commercial & Automotive SMD High-Voltage MLCCs

KEMET Commercial and Automotive SMD High-Voltage MLCCs (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors) feature proprietary technologies ArcShield, KPS, and KC-LINK. These capacitors are available in EIA case sizes ranging from 0402 to 4540 and DC voltage ratings up to 10000V. KEMET Commercial and Automotive SMD High-Voltage MLCCs cover capacitance ranges from 0.5pF to 560nF with an operating temperature of -55°C to +125°C. Ideal applications include commercial, automotive, and industrial.

High-Voltage ≥500V Capacitors

KEMET High-Voltage ≥500V Capacitors are offered in a variety of form factors, case sizes, dielectrics, and capacitance values. These devices feature MLCC EIA case sizes from 0603 to 6560 and voltage ratings from 500VDC to 10,000VDC. Commercial & Automotive Flex Mitigation MLCCs

KEMET Commercial and Automotive Flex Mitigation MLCCs are designed to reduce the risk of flex cracks. Flexible Termination (FT-CAP) multilayer ceramic capacitors incorporate a unique, flexible termination system that is integrated with the KEMET standard termination materials. Conductive silver epoxy is utilized between the base metal and nickel barrier layers of the KEMET standard termination system in order to establish pliability while maintaining terminal strength, solderability, and electrical performance.
