X7R SMD Comm & Auto Flexible Floating Capacitors

KEMET X7R SMD Commercial and Automotive Flexible Floating Capacitors feature superior flex performance with a fail-open design. These capacitors combine two existing technologies: floating electrode and flexible termination. The floating electrode component offers a cascading internal electrode design configured to form multiple capacitors in series within a single monolithic structure. The flexible technology component utilizes a conductive silver epoxy between the base metal and nickel barrier layers, establishing pliability while maintaining terminal strength, solderability, and electrical performance. KEMET X7R SMD capacitors operate in a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
