MX77 Automotive Connectors

JAE Electronics MX77 Automotive Connectors are ultra-compact, low-profile connectors with a tab size (pin width) as narrow as 0.4mm. The pin header side insulator uses flame-retardant UL94 V-0 material. JAE MX77 Automotive Connectors offer 4 to 40 contacts and 3A rated current. The series operates over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range with a +130°C maximum operating temperature (ambient temperature + temperature rise due to conduction). MX77 Connectors are USCAR2 tested and designed for use in automotive electrical control units (ECUs), battery system components for electric vehicles, and battery management systems.
