The Infineon EVAL-DCLINK-DPT is designed with an EiceDRIVER™ gate driver IC and CoolSiC™ 1200V MOSFET in a TO263-7 package. The board also features a configurable DC-link stage with integrated film capacitors, optimized for high-speed switching and accurate characterization of device behavior under real operating conditions.
