IXYS MOSFET Gate Drivers are high-speed, high-current gate drivers are specifically designed to drive MOSFETs in Class D and E RF applications. These Gate Drivers are also ideal for any applications requiring ultrafast rise and fall times, or short minimum pulse widths. The MOSFET Gate Drivers are immune to latch-up over their entire operating range, and their design virtually eliminates cross conduction and current shoot through. These surface mount MOSFET Gate Drivers are packaged in low inductance RF packages incorporating advanced layout techniques to minimize stray lead inductances for optimum switching performance.
