CPC1056N 75mA Normally Open Relays

IXYS CPC1056N 75mA Normally Open (1-Form-A) Relays are bidirectional, single-pole, solid-state relays in a four-pin SOP package. The package employs coupled MOSFET technology to provide 1500VRMS input-to-output isolation. The relay outputs of the CPC1056N are constructed with efficient MOSFET switches and a photovoltaic generator/driver that uses Littelfuse OptoMOS® architecture. The input is a highly efficient infrared LED that provides optically coupled control. Double-molded vertical construction packaging allows the IXYS CPC1056N to provide board space savings of at least 20% over a competing four-pin SOP relay.
