EM-W Connectors

Hirose EM-W Connectors are rugged 4-position high current connectors with a bayonet locking system to maintain a waterproof seal in harsh environments. Developed for high power applications, the EM-W Connectors offer 50A per contact, a quick-and-secure bayonet lock, sequential ground contact, and easy termination with a standard JIS crimp tool. The RoHS compliant and TÜV certified EM-W Series is designed to accommodate 8mm2 cable conductor sizes. When mated, these connectors provide an IP68 water-resistant seal.

The connectors have a positive lock mechanism for use in the demanding areas of industrial power supply and power sources. They are designed for LED lighting, office equipment, medical devices, robotics, home electronics, servers, battery storage, automotive, and industrial power supply/power sources.

EM35M Heavy Duty Power Connectors

Hirose EM35M Heavy Duty Power Connectors are designed to meet the growing demand for high-powered, high-current connectors with advanced reliability for industrial applications. The EM35M series features integrated hooks that snap directly onto a standard 35mm DIN rail, allowing the connectors to withstand high mechanical stress. The robust snap-on lock provides secure mating with an audible tactile click to confirm correct engagement. Hirose EM35 Heavy Duty Power Connectors incorporate three 50A power contacts and one ground contact. The contacts are arranged in sequence to ensure the ground contact is connected before the power contacts during the mating process. Termination of the crimp contact is quick and easy using standard JIS crimping tools.
