HEYCO SNAP-IN RATCHETING STRAIN RELIEF

Heyco is pleased to announce that their popular Snap-In
Ratcheting Strain Relief (Part Number 1280) is now removable.
The Ratcheting Strain Relief can be easily removed by inserting
standard snap ring pliers with .040" tips (Heyco Part Number
0054)into the two holes located on the outside of the part
(see drawing below).

After our current stock is depleted, new orders from Heyco 
will be their revised 1280 which will be removable as stated
above.

Removable Snap-In Ratcheting Strain Reliefs

Heyco Removable Snap-In Ratcheting Strain Reliefs self-lock onto the cable and are designed for Round and "Double D" mounting holes. A wire locking ratchet allows for wire ranging from 0.115" to 0.75" (2.9mm to 19.1mm) and can be used for multiple flat or round cables. The Heyco Removable Snap-In Ratcheting Strain Reliefs are easily installed with fingertip pressure into a standard round or "Double D" hole. Ratcheting strain reliefs can be easily removed by inserting standard snap ring pliers with .040" tips into the two holes on the part and spreading part open.

Ratcheting Strain Relief

The Heyco Snap-In Ratcheting Strain Relief for round and double-D holes are assembly friendly with fingertip pressure. Ratcheting Strain Relief self-locks onto the cable, independent of insertion into the panel, and can be pre-assembled offline for later installation. Heyco's unique wire locking ratchet can be used for one cable or multiple cables, round or flat wire, in wire ranges from .115" (2,9 mm) to .575" (14, 6mm).
