Gecko Screw-Lok Cable Assemblies

Harwin Gecko Screw-Lok (Gecko-SL) Cable Assemblies are ready to use with a choice of pin counts, cable lengths, and cable connects in a compact design. Available versions include male and female single-ended, male to male, male to female, and female to male. Each double-ended cable connects Contact 1 to Contact 1, Contact 2 to Contact 2, etc. These cable assemblies feature 2A per contact at a 1.25mm pitch and Screw-Lok (SL) jackscrew fixings made from stainless steel to ensure a strong and secure connection. The robust design maintains electrical contact in extreme shock and vibration conditions. Harwin Gecko-SL cable assemblies are up to 45% smaller and up to 75% lighter over existing equivalent industry standards, making them ideal for avionics. Other applications include motorsports and transportation, space, defense and security, and high-end industrial.

Gecko Screw-Lok Connectors

Harwin Gecko Screw-Lok (Gecko-SL) Connectors offer 1.25mm pitch and are available in several variations, including a male through-board connector at right angles to the PCB. This horizontal connector saves space above the PCB by routing the mating cables sideways or joining the PCBs with a 90-degree connection (ideal for motherboard to daughterboard). The horizontal connector is available in pin counts up to 50 and is fully compatible with other Gecko-SL products. Other Gecko-SL connectors include female and male vertical through-hole and surface-mount versions.

Gecko 1.25mm Pitch High-Reliability Connectors

Harwin Gecko 1.25mm Pitch High-Reliability Connectors offer 1000 mating cycles of durability, 2A per contact for signal, and 10A maximum power options. These high-reliability connectors feature a 4-finger patented contact design that maintains electrical contact through high vibration and shock. Harwin Gecko 1.25mm pitch high-reliability connectors provide up to 50 contacts per connector and are available in a wide array of configurations. Hardware options include locking latches or mate-before-lock stainless steel jackscrews.
