HL7504 3MHz 2A Buck Converters

Halo Microelectronics HL7504 3MHz 2A Buck Converters feature a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and a 2A maximum load current rating in a DFN-6 package. These synchronous buck converters are designed to supply different sub-systems of portable applications. The HL7504 series offers a soft-start function, automatic pulse frequency modulation (PFM), and an active discharge when disabled. Comprehensive protection includes thermal shutdown, input overvoltage lockout, and overcurrent and short-circuit.
