Guerrilla RF GRF2093EVB Evaluation Board is designed for the GRF2093 Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier. The GRF2093 Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier is a high-performance satellite radio solution with application-specific biasing, allowing the device to function as a first-stage LNA over 2320 to 2345MHz. Including evaluation board losses, the NF is <0.40dB at 2.5GHz with 21.0dB gain. Guerilla RF GRF2093EVB Evaluation Board can be used with 20 other LNAs and linear drivers.
