DRAQ127 Automotive-Grade Coupled Inductors

Eaton Electronics DRAQ127 Automotive-Grade Coupled Inductors are dual winding, high power, shielded drum inductors. The series is AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualified and can be used as a single inductor, SEPIC, flyback, or in other coupled inductor/transformer applications. Windings can be connected in series or parallel, enabling a wide range of inductance and current ratings. This series has mechanically secure mounting for high shock and vibration environments. Eaton DRAQ127 Automotive-Grade Coupled Inductors are ideal for body electronics, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), infotainment and cluster electronics, chassis and safety electronics, and engine and powertrain systems.

DRA Shielded Inductors

Eaton DRA Shielded Inductors include the DRA, DRAP, and DRAQ series. The DRA and DRAP magnetically shielded inductors offer low EMI and can be configured in many inductor topologies with good thermal dissipation characteristics and superior mechanical strength. The DRAQ series features a unique dual/coupled winding construction offering single (series) or dual (parallel) inductor modes and enhanced shock and vibration performance, which is optimized for best peak current operation. All three types of these Eaton shielded inductors are AEC-Q200 compliant to perform at high operating temperatures of up to +165°C.

5G Applications

Eaton Electronics offers an expansive portfolio of high-reliability components needed to drive 5G forward. Because 5G telecommunication units are typically placed in rugged environments, continuous uptime requirements for their operation and the reliability of the internal electronics are of great importance. A variety of components, often passives, can be readily added in key locations within 5G communications systems to enhance reliability and mitigate subcircuits susceptible to electrostatic discharge (ESD), electromagnetic interference (EMI), and electromagnetic pulse (EMP). Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.
