AMXL Automotive Bolt-in Fuses

Eaton Electronics AMXL Automotive Bolt-in Fuses feature a 35.5mm center tag width on a 48mm x 12mm footprint. These fuses have an 8.5mm height, and the small size is ideal for high-current applications. The ceramic body with a bolt-in terminal design comes in a 63VDC/100VDC/125VDC voltage rating. The series is UL recognized, RoHS compliant, and cURus recognized (E91958, guide JFHR2 and JFHR8). Eaton AMXL Automotive Bolt-in Fuses are also halogen free and lead free. Typical applications include energy, industrial, and transportation, including mild-hybrid automotive, vehicle power distribution, supercapacitor and battery systems, material handling systems, and high current wire protection.

Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.
