Electric Valve Actuators

ETI Systems Electric Valve Actuators operate valves by moving them to a desired position. Electric motors provide the torque necessary to operate the actuators. The electric valve actuators feature high accuracy, reliability, and ease of integration with control systems. These actuators operate based on the principles of motor operation, gear reduction, feedback mechanism, and control systems. The electric motor generates the necessary torque to move the valve, and the gear reduction mechanism reduces the motor speed while increasing torque. The sensors and encoders provide real-time feedback on valve position, and the actuators are integrated with control systems (PLC and DCS) for remote and automated operation. Typical applications include water treatment, power generation, oil and gas, and chemical processing.
