The contactors are hermetically sealed for excellent reliability in harsh environments and provide high-speed arc extinguishing. The HVC series features a maximum operating voltage of up to 1000V_DC and a high continuous operating current of up to 500A. TDK High Voltage Contactors can be used in a wide range of applications where fast and reliable switching operations are required.

HVC27-MC High-Voltage Contactors

TDK HVC27-MC High-Voltage Contactors feature a robust design for high-voltage DC switching requirements in harsh environments. These contactors come with a mechanically linked, normally closed auxiliary contact (mirror contact) compliant with IEC 60947-4-1. This enhancement enables precise contact position feedback for safety-critical applications in industrial energy and electric mobility systems. The HVC27-MC series offers a maximum operating voltage of 1000V_DC and an IP40 protection rating. This TDK series features a single coil with a connector, no coil termination, and bidirectional main terminals. The HVC27-MC contactors are ideal for electrical energy storage systems (ESS) and DC fast-charging applications.
