B58621V Pressure Sensors (SPI Output)

TDK B58621V Pressure Sensors with SPI Output feature piezoresistive MEMS technology. The sensors are designed to measure non-aggressive gases with 0 to 100% relative humidity (port A) and 0 to 85% relative humidity (port B). The digital SPI output is proportional to 10% to 90% of the digital output range (14 bits). EPCOS / TDK B58621V Pressure Sensors with SPI Output applications include differential pressure measurement and gauge pressure measurement.
