B2568x MKP Film Capacitors

EPCOS / TDK B2568x MKP Film Capacitors offer outstanding robustness under harsh environmental conditions. These devices are designed for voltages from 900VDC and 3000VDC and cover a capacitance range from 50µF to 4000µF. Depending on the type, these DC-link power capacitors are suitable for currents of up to 100A. Equivalent series inductance (ESL) values range from 35nH to 80nH. A polyurethane filling gives the windings high mechanical stability within the hermetically sealed can. EPCOS / TDK B2568x MKP Film Capacitors are particularly suitable for IGBT-based converters in traction applications and medium-voltage drives. The capacitors meet all requirements concerning fire protection in rail vehicles, according to EN 45545.
