EPC90147 Half-Bridge Dev Board

Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) EPC90147 Half-Bridge Development Board includes all critical components on a single board, simplifying the evaluation of the EPC23102 ePower™ Stage Integrated Circuit (IC). The 2" x 2" board can be easily connected to most existing converter topologies, and the layout supports optimal switching performance. The board contains one EPC23102 integrated ePower stage in a half-bridge configuration with gate drive. Specifications include 100V maximum device voltage and 22A maximum output current. The EPC90147 half-bridge development board from EPC includes various probe points to enable simple waveform measurement and efficiency calculation.
