ECS ECX-36TC and ECX-37TC MHz Thermistor Crystals offer a frequency range from 19.2MHz to 38.4MHz and 7pF to 9pF load capacitance in a 2.55mm x 2.05mm x 1.0mm or 2.05mm x 1.65mm x 0.8mm package size. ECS ECX-36TC and ECX-37TC MHz Thermistor Crystals combine the crystal and thermistor integrally in the same hermetically sealed package. Proximity gives real-time crystal temperature feedback. It also minimizes part count, saving board space and simplifying circuit design. The series also offer significantly better stability over temperature performance. This makes them ideal for precision applications and suitable replacements for temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TXCOs).
