US1x Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers

Diotec Semiconductor US1x Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers are SMD rectifier diodes housed in the DO-214AC-2 package. These rectifier diodes offer up to 1000V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM). The US1x ultrafast recovery rectifiers are built with UL 94V-0 case materials and are compliant with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals. These SMD rectifier diodes are ideal for applications such as rectification of high frequencies, high-speed switching, and commercial grade.
