Diotec Semiconductor P1000x Standard Recovery Rectifier Diodes offer low forward voltage drop. These rectifier diodes feature peak repetitive reverse voltage (V_RRM) of up to 1200V and forward voltage (V_F) of less than 0.9V. The P1000x standard recovery rectifiers are capable of providing a high forward surge current. These rectifier diodes are available in a package smaller than industry standards. Typical applications include power supplies, 50/60Hz mains rectification, polarity protection, and commercial grade.
