PI3CH1012QE Bus Switch

Diodes Incorporated PI3CH1012QE Bus Switch is a low voltage, 10-channel switch designed with fast dual enables. This device is useful in switching signals having a high bandwidth of 500MHz. This device operates at -40ºC to +85ºC and is available with 0.5W of power dissipation and 120µA of DC output current. Features include 5Ω switches connect inputs to outputs, beyond rail-to-rail switching, and 5V I/O tolerant. Applications of Diodes Incorporated PI3CH1012QE include hot docking, analog signal switching, differential signal switching, and high bandwidth data switching.
