Diodes Incorporated DPC817 Transistor Output Optocouplers feature a high input-output isolation voltage of 5,000VRMS and are available in multiple packages. The devices have a 35V collector-emitter breakdown output voltage and a 50% current transfer ratio. The Diodes Inc. DPC817 Transistor Output Optocouplers are specified for an operating temperature range of -55°C to +110°C and are housed in a DIP-4, MDIP-4, SL-4, or SLM-4 package.
