These load switches offer integrated control functionality with ultra-low on-resistance, system safeguards, and monitoring via good power signaling and fault protection. The DML30x switches feature an advanced controller with a charge pump, soft-start via controlled slew rate, adjustable slew rate control, low standby current, and load bleed.
