The 598 Series SMD MicroLEDs feature industry-standard packages, ideal for automatic pick-and-place assembly. Common wavelengths are available with many colors designed to conform to the ANSI/VITA 40 standards regarding status indication. The Dialight 598 Series SMD MicroLEDs are RoHS compliant and meet EIA-481-1 package standards.
