CLH-N3S CrayoLED™ UV-C LEDs

CrayoNano CLH-N3S CrayoLED™ UV-C LEDs are high-powered devices designed to offer pure radiation and optimized for disinfection at 275nm typical peak wavelength. These LEDs use TM-21 modeling to expand an L70 lifetime of over 10,000 hours at 350mA current with a solder temperature of 38°C. The CLH-N3S LEDs achieve a Wall-Plug Efficiency (WPE) of 5% when operated at 500mA forward current. These LEDs are robust and reliable when operated beyond the standard conditions. The CLH-N3S LEDs are available in 3.5mm x 3.5mm x 1.26mm dimensions and are REACH, RoHS, and IEC-62471 compliant. These LEDs are used in life sciences, water purification, grey water reuse, air purification, food processing, and surface disinfection applications.
