Multi-Con-X® Harsh Environment Connectors

CONXALL Multi-Con-X® Connectors utilize a separate O-ring and offer an expansive selection of configurations. These watertight connectors meet NEMA 6P protection levels when mated. Additional features include 1.95A to 23.0A current, 600V voltage, and more than 300 mating/unmating cycles without mechanical or electrical failure. CONXALL Multi-Con-X Connectors operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +115°C.

CONXALL Harsh Environment Connectors utilize a separate o-ring and meet NEMA 6P when mated. CONXALL Harsh Environment Connectors are available in a wide variety of styles, ratings, and pin configurations. CONXALL Harsh Environment Connectors include Micro-Con-X® Insta-Click™, Mini-Con-X Insta-Click, Micro-Con-X, Mini-Con-X, and Multi-Con-X varieties.

MULTI-CON-X/MAXI-CON-X 0.570" OD Sealed Backshells

CONXALL MULTI-CON-X^® / MAXI-CON-X^® 0.570" OD Sealed Backshells feature a 0.570" maximum cable diameter, allowing for significantly larger cable sizes than the standard backshell design. The large cable opening is engineered for harsh environments, with the rear of the connector being sealed to IP68 when properly installed. The secure-grip cable clamp features a high-quality, chuck-style design for enhanced retention and maximum long-term durability. CONXALL MULTI-CON-X / MAXI-CON-X 0.570" OD Sealed Backshells are constructed from black polybutylene terephthalate (UV PBT) for the cable clamp and backshell, in addition to a black Santoprene^® grommet and a red silicone O-ring.
