Comchip Technology SS2x-HF SMD Schottky Barrier Rectifiers offer low power loss, high efficiency, and a high forward surge current capability. These surface-mounted Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and ideal for pick-and-place assembly. Devices are offered with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) from 40V to 200V and with a maximum Root Mean Square (RMS) voltage (VRMS) of 28V to 140V.
