Comchip CDBC Schottky Barrier Rectifiers is ideal for surface mount applications and is easy to use in pick and place. This device uses a compact plastic DO-214AB package that has Underwriters Lab's flammability classification of 94V-0. The maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 40 volt and has a maximum average forward current rating of 3.0 amps. It comes with a built-in strain relief and offers low forward voltage drop.
