The ATV66SM8-G TVS diodes operate at 14V to 43V voltage and 6600W peak pulse power with a 10/1000µs waveform. These TVS diodes meet ISO7637-2 5a surge specifications and are UL 94V-0 flame retardant. These diodes are RoHS and AEC-Q101 compliant.
