Cirrus Logic CS1680 Dimmable LED Driver ICs

Cirrus Logic CS1680 cascade boost-buck dimmable LED driver ICs are specially designed for the 12V halogen lamp-replacement market. Developed using Cirrus Logic proprietary intelligent digital control, CS1680 delivers exceptional single-lamp and multi-lamp transformer compatibility for non-dimmer systems and dimmer systems coupled with electronic and magnetic low-voltage transformers. The integrated continuous conduction mode (CCM) boost converter provides transformer and dimmer compatibility. An adaptive digital algorithm controls the boost stage and dimmer compatibility operation mode to enable flicker-free operation down to 5% output current with leading-edge and trailing-edge dimmers. The Cirrus Logic CS1680 Dimmable LED Driver ICs are ideal for MR16 lamps and all 12VAC/VDC low-voltage lighting applications.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
