CMX90A003 1W 860MHz to 960MHz Power Amplifiers

CML Micro CMX90A003 860MHz to 960MHz MMIC Power Amplifiers are two-stage, fully matched MMIC PAs delivering +29.5dBm of saturated power for use in the 860MHz to 960MHz frequency range, applicable to license-free bands. CMX90A003 amplifiers are highly integrated for ease of use, minimizing external component count and reducing board area. RF input and output matching are incorporated on-chip, as well as active bias circuitry and an input DC-blocking capacitor.
