Broadcom HSMQ-Cx Surface-Mount ChipLEDs are available in a green or orange illumination color with an integrated optical lens that narrows the viewing angle of the light beam to increase the on-axis intensity. These LEDs enable effective light coupling into secondary optics such as light pipes and light guides. The devices utilize efficient and high-brightness InGaN LED materials for high performance. The series features an industry-standard footprint compatible with automatic machine placement and reflow soldering. Broadcom HSMQ-Cx Surface-Mount ChipLEDs are ideal for applications that require a narrow beam angle or high on-axis intensity. These include industrial equipment, consumer electronics, and home appliances.
