ACPL-H342 & ACPL-K342 IGBT Gate Drive Optocouplers

Broadcom ACPL-H342 and ACPL-K342 IGBT gate drive optocouplers are ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate controlled devices. The voltage and high peak output current supplied by this optocoupler make it ideally suited for direct driving IGBT with ratings up to 1200V/150A. 

Optocouplers

Broadcom Optocouplers provide a reliable isolation solution in applications such as variable-speed drives, electric vehicles, induction cookers, and solar inverters. The devices are the preferred solution for insulation and isolation. The Broadcom Optocouplers feature isolation amplifier (iso-amps) products with higher performance and smaller packages. The devices can be coupled while remaining electrically isolated or galvanically separated.
