ACPL-5160 & ACPL-5161 2.5A Gate Drive Optocouplers

Broadcom ACPL-5160 and ACPL-5161 2.5A Gate Drive Optocouplers offer integrated desaturation (VCE) detection and fault status feedback. These features ensure protection from IGBT VCE faults even in harsh environments. The Broadcom ACPL-5160 and ACPL-5161 are encased in a rugged, hermetically sealed package for performance and resilience. The optocouplers can be purchased as commercial-grade or fully MIL-STD-compliant versions, capable of seamless operation and storage across the military temperature spectrum. The military standard devices are tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line, meeting Class H specifications.
