The improvements are based on computer modeling simulations and provide an enhanced level of voltage limiting during fast-rising events, resulting in reduced stress on downstream components. The series is ideal for protecting industrial communications and high-speed information and communication technology (ICT) equipment. Bourns GDT25 2-Electrode Gas Discharge Tube Arrestors offer maximum impulse voltage limiting specifications in a small, environmentally rugged surface-mount package.
