CRxA Series AEC-Q200-Compliant Chip Resistors

Bourns CRxA Series AEC-Q200-Compliant Chip Resistors are offered in eight footprints, ranging from small 0201 (0603 metric) to 2512 (6432 metric). These RoHS-compliant, halogen-free resistors meet AEC-Q200 requirements and are designed for general-purpose applications. Bourns CRxA resistors provide rated power from 0.05W to 1W, resistance from 1Ω to 20MΩ, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C or +155°C. The resistors use a thick film element printed onto a ceramic substrate.
