TVS/Steering Diode Arrays and Kits

Bourns offers new TVS/Steering Diode arrays optimized for ESD, EFT, and surge protection. Featuring low- and ultra-low capacitance with Level 4 IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection, the Bourns TVS/Steering Diode arrays are ideal for high speed communication port applications such as HDMI, DVI, and USB ports. Design Kits are offered for a variety of chip diodes.

Circuit Protection Devices

Bourns manufactures and supplies a wide range of circuit protection technologies, including fuses, PTC thermistors, varistors, GDTs, resettable thermal cut-offs, surge protection devices, hybrid protectors, discrete semiconductor solutions, and more. Diodes Design Kits

Bourns Diodes Design Kits offer 20 to 40V repetitive peak reverse voltage range and a forward current of 1A. The Diode Design Kits feature the capability to provide a silicon diode with minimal packaging overhead. Small signal diodes are lead-free with Cu/Ni/Au plated terminations and are compatible with lead-free manufacturing processes. Bourns Diodes Design Kits have a lower profile and provde height savings over other products.
