STB Safety Touch Buttons

Banner Engineering STB Safety Touch Buttons are self-checking optical touch buttons designed to increase safety with an ergonomic design. Banner STB Touch Buttons provide a high level of safety for two-hand control input devices. The STB responds to a finger blocking light rather than to pressure. These safety devices also provide a redundant microprocessor and optical path. The ergonomic design of the touch buttons prevents repetitive motion stress. The buttons are available with electronmechanical (e/m) relays rated for 1A switch capacity or solid-state outputs rated for 150mA.
