EZ-ARRAY Measuring Light Curtains

Banner Engineering EZ-ARRAY Measuring Light Curtains feature closely spaced infrared beams that detect objects as small as 5mm wide. The light curtains' edge resolution is 2.5mm. The receivers feature built-in controller functionality, meaning no controller, software, or PC is needed for basic setup. Configuration options include 14 measurement modes, three scanning modes, two analog and two discrete outputs, and a serial output. Banner EZ-Array offers IO-Link, Modbus-RTU, and RS-485 models. Applications include edge- and center-guiding, loop tension control, hole sizing, parts counting, and on-the-fly product sizing and profiling.
