Aptiv HES Header System offers tight true-pin positioning at 0.225mm, ensuring easy mounting to a circuit board. HES headers are an ideal choice for high-density device I/Os that are mounted directly to the engine.

Aptiv (formerly Delphi) Harsh Environment Series (HES) Connection System offers higher current capability, improved sealing, and better terminal retention compared to standard pin-and-sleeve systems. Aptiv Harsh Environment Series (HES) Connection System consists of circular connectors, terminals, and rectangular 50- and 60-way headers. The HES series is well-suited for agriculture, commercial vehicle, construction, marine, and other harsh environment applications. This system is also compatible with existing systems in agricultural and commercial vehicle markets.
