VRE210 +10V Low Drift Precision Voltage Reference

Apex Microtechnology VRE210 +10V Low Drift Precision Voltage Reference has a ±0.5mV initial accuracy and a 1.11ppm/°C temperature coefficient over the full military temperature range. Accuracy improvement is possible by a multipoint laser compensation technique. Other performance improvements include initial accuracy, warm-up drift, line regulation, and long-term stability. This feature makes the VRE210 series an accurate and stable 10V surface mount reference. The Apex Microtechnology VRE210 is available in two operating temperature ranges, -25°C to +85°C and -55°C to +125°C, and two electrical performance grades. The devices are packaged in 20-terminal ceramic LCC packages for maximum long-term stability. "M" versions are screened for high reliability and quality.

Precision Reference Devices

Apex Microtechnology Precision Reference Devices provide ultrastable sine wave outputs and a temperature coefficient over the full military temperature range. Accuracy improvement of the Apex Microtechnology Precision Reference devices is possible through a unique proprietary multipoint laser compensation technique. Significant improvements have been made in other performance parameters, including warm-up drift, line regulation, and long-term stability.
