SH250-CFast Flash Memory Cards

Apacer Technology Inc. SH250-CFast Flash Memory Cards are designed with a SATA-based 7-pin signal segment and 17-pin for power and control. These memory cards come with SATA 6Gb/s interface for excellent performance with data transfer rates up to 550MB/s in sequential access and 63,000IOPS in 4KB random access. The SH250-CFast flash memory cards are equipped with a built-in thermal sensor to monitor the temperature of the SSD via S.M.A.R.T commands to prevent overheating. These memory cards guarantee the reliability of applications in harsh environments by implementing intelligent flash management algorithms and Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) ECC engine. This extends SSD endurance and increases data reliability. The SH250-CFast flash memory cards adopt the latest page mapping file translation layer and come with various implementations. These implementations include power saving modes, wear leveling, flash block management, TRIM, DataDefender™, and SMART Read Refresh™. These flash memory cards are ideal for industrial, imaging, computing, and enterprise markets.
