LTM46xx µModule Regulators

Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as step-down (buck), step-up (boost), and step-down and step-up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). The compact and highly integrated design of the µModule power products addresses time and space constraints while delivering highly reliable and efficient performance. 

µModule® Power Products

Linear Technology/Analog Devices µModule® Power Products are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC/DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors. LTM4650/1 DC/DC μModule® Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4650/1 DC/DC μModule® Regulators are dual 25A or single 50A output power modules. The LTM4650/1 contain a switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and all supporting components.
