LTM4632 Step-Down μModule® Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4632 Step-Down μModule® Regulators are triple-output regulators housed in an ultra-thin package. The LTM4632 includes the switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and support components. The LTM4632 Regulators offer a complete power solution for DDR-QDR™4 SRAM. From a 3.6V to 15V input voltage, the LTM4632 regulators support two ±3A output rails and a 10mA low noise reference V_TTR output. Both output rails are sink and source capable of V_DDQ and V_TT. Designers can configure the power module as a two-phase single ±6A output V_TT. To optimize performance, the devices support selectable Burst Mode operation (CH1 only) and output voltage tracking. Analog Devices Inc. LTM4632's high switching frequency and current-mode control architecture deliver a fast transient response to line and load changes while maintaining stable operation.

LTM46xx µModule Regulators

Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as step-down (buck), step-up (boost), and step-down and step-up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features.
