LTC3256 Step-Down Charge Pump DC/DC Converters

Analog Devices Inc. LTC3256 Step-Down Charge Pump Converters are switched capacitor step-down DC/DC converters that generate two regulated outputs over a wide input range. The first regulated output is a 5V output with a direct connection to the charge pump output. The second regulated output is a 3.3V output via low dropout (LDO) linear post-regulator. The converters provide a total output current up to 350mA. Power dissipation is reduced by over 2W at 12V VIN and maximum load on the two outputs.

LTC32xx Inductorless Charge Pump DC/DC Converters

Analog Devices Inc. LTC32xx Inductorless Charge Pump DC/DC Converters offer a wide selection of compact, inductor-less DC/DC converter designs. Conversion topologies include buck, inverting, and buck-boost. Designers can use these converters to step up, step down, or invert an input voltage. With a wide input voltage range from 2.7V up to 48V, the LTC32xx converters deliver output currents up to 350mA. Using these converters significantly reduces conducted and radiated EMI as well as input and output noise. By eliminating the inductor, these switched capacitor converters provide a small footprint and a low component count.
